3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 1/3 c. shortening
1 egg
5 tbsp. ice water
1 tbsp. vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Blend dry ingredients with shortening; add egg and liquids. Form into roll, wrap in plastic wrap and store in refrigerator. When ready to use, break off amount needed. Bring to room temperature and roll on floured board.
