4 cups Water
4 cups Sugar
1 Vanilla Bean
2 oz Dark Roast Powdered Coffee
1/5 80 proof Vodka

Directions:
Directions:
Boil 3 cups of the water and the sugar for 20 minutes. Split vanilla bean lengthwise, add to sugar and water mixture and let stand until cool.

Boil the remainder of the water, 1 cup, and add 2 oz dark roast coffee and cool.

When both mixtures are completely cool, add vodka. Seal in half gallon container and let stand for 2 weeks. Remove vanilla bean and pour in decanter.
