1/4 cup melted butter or margarine
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1/4 cup cocoa
1 slightly beaten egg
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups crushed graham crackers
1/2 cup chopped walnuts

1 cup butter
4 cups powdered sugar
1/4 cup instant vanilla pudding mix

1- 6 ounce package chocolate chips
1 tablespoon butter
2 tablespoons milk

Blend together crust ingredients. Press into a 9 x 13 greased pan and chill. Mix together cream mixture ingredients and spread over crust. Chill. Melt chocolate, mix frosting ingredients, and spread over mixture as a frosting.
