1 vanilla bean pod
4 T orange juice
salt & black pepper
2 T. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
24 jumbo shrimp, peeled and deveined
1/4 coffee liquor (Kahlua)
1/2 c. heavy whipping cream

Directions:
Directions:
1. Slice the vanilla bean pod in half and scrape the beans into a bowl. Place the pod in the bowl.

2. Add the orange juice, salt and pepper to the vanilla bean. Mix well. Set aside.

3. Heat a large sauté pan with oil over medium flame. Add shrimp and sauté for 2-3 minutes. Add vanilla orange juice mixture, Kahlua, and cream; reduce 2-3 minutes or until slightly thick. Discard the vanilla bean pod. Serve.
