2 1/4 cups flour
2 tablespoons sugar, separated
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons oil
2 teaspoons yeast
3/4 cup warm water
Favorite Pizza Toppings

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve yeast in warm water and 1 tablespoon sugar. Sift together dry ingredients and add oil to yeast. Knead. Set aside. Grease a long pizza pan. Warm. Use favorite toppings. Bake for 20-25 minutes in a 400 oven.
