4 eggs, separated
1 c. sugar
1-1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 c. hot water
1 c. flour
1/2 c. hot water
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Beat 3 egg yolks until lemon colored and thick. Add sugar, flour, baking powder, hot water & vanilla. Beat egg whites stiff and fold in last. Bake in 9x13 ungreased pan @ 350 for 20- 25 min.
Frosting:
1 egg yolk
1/4 C margarine
1 1/4 C powdered sugar
Sprinkle chopped peanuts on top of frosting or coconut
