4 large sweet potato
1 C flour
1 sugar
C coconut
C butter 1 egg
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg
1 C milk

Directions:
Directions:
Grate potatoes. In a separate bowl, mix all other ingredients. Fold potatoes into the egg/milk/flour mixture and pour into a large, greased, baking dish Bake at 400 for 35 40 minutes
