1 lb. Scallops
1/2 c. butter
1 1/2 c. Ritz cracker crumbs
2/3 c. cream (medium or light)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix butter with bread crumbs.
Layer scallops, crumbs, cream.
Repeat layering.
End with crumbs.
Bake at 350º for 30 minutes.
