4 yellow bananas
nonstick cooking spray

Directions:
Directions:
1. Peel and cut the bananas lengthwise into 1/4
inch thick slices.
2. Spray some nonstick cooking spray in a non-
stick cooking spray in a nonstick skillet and
add the bananas.
3. Cook each side of the banana for about 2 to 3
minutes on a medium heat or until both sides
turn brown. Makes 4 servings.

Per Serving: 110 cal, 27 g carb, 0 mg chol, 1 mg sodium, 1 g prot, 1 g fat, * cal from fat = 7
