Ingredients:  
6 large green tomatoes (about 5 pounds).
2 Tablespoon lemon juice or a few dashes of
Hot Sauce.
1/2 cup cornmeal
2 teaspoons freshly ground black pepper.
Nonstick cooking spray.

Directions:
Directions:
1. Slice each tomato into 1/2-inch-thick slices.
2. Sprinkle the lemon juice or the Hot Sauce on
the tomatoes. Mit the cornmeal and black
pepper in a plastic bag.
3. Put the tomato slices into the bag and shake
well.
4. Coat a cast-iron skillet with nonstick cooking
spray.
5. Fry the tomatoes, over medium-high heat,
until they are light brown on each side.
