3 cups brown sugar
1/3 cup corn syrup
1/3 cup milk
2 tbsp. butter
1/8 tsp. salt
1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Boil, all ingredients together, without stirring to soft ball stage (238 F). Cool (3-4 mins) and beat on high for 2.5 mins. Pour into pan.
