1/2 cup chopped yellow onion
1 1/2 pounds sliced mushrooms
3 Tablespoons butter
1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
1/2 teaspoon crushed basil
1 1/2 cups cream-style cottage cheese
2 cups cooked chicken or turkey, diced
8 ounces lasagna noodles, cooked as directed
2 cups grated cheddar cheese
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
SautÚ onion and mushrooms in butter until tender. Stir in soup, basil, cottage cheese and chicken pieces.
Layer in a rectangular lasagna pan in the following order: 1/3 of lasagna noodles, 1/3 of chicken filling. Repeat two more layers, ending with chicken filling. Top casserole with cheddar and parmesan. Bake 325║ 30-35 minutes until bubbly.
