2 c. sugar
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. chocolate chips
1 tsp. vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Bring sugar, milk and butter to a boil and boil for one minute. Remove from heat. Add chips and vanilla. Stir and cool until ready to put on cake.
