1 T. butter
2 T. olive oil
4 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 lb. large or medium sized shrimp, cleaned and de-veined
1/4 C. white wine
1 T. fresh lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 T. flavored bread crumbs
2 T. fresh parsley, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Heat butter and oil in large nonstick skillet over high heat. When butter starts to brown, add garlic. Reduce heat, cook 1 minute, stirring to prevent garlic from overbrowning. Add shrimp, cook 2 minutes, stirring from time to time. Add wine, lemon juice, salt and pepper, cook 2 mins. or until shrimp is cooked through. Stir in bread crumbs and parsley. Serve immediately.
