Directions:In about half a cup of oil sautee the onion and the garlic in medium-low heat for about 10 minutes. Add salt and pepper, sautee for another 10 minutes. Serve warm on top of boiled yuca or pantains.
En aproximadamente media taza de aceite sofria la cebolla y el ajo a fuego bien lento por 10 minutos. Anada la sal y pimienta y sofria por 10 minutos mas. Sirva caliente sobre yuca o guineos hervidos.

Notes: You can make more or less depending what you use it for. Store in a jar at room temperature to use later. Add 1/4 cup of red wine vinegar and use as a marinade for chicken or beef.
