1 to 1 1/2 lb. Hamburger Meat
2 Eggs
1 tsp. Pepper
2 tsp. Garlic Powder
1/4 c. Soy Sauce
1 can Tomato Sauce
1 medium Onion, chopped
1 small Green Pepper, chopped
1/2 c. Carrots, shredded
1/2 c. Mushrooms, chopped
1/4 tsp. Red Pepper
16 Saltine Crackers, crushed
Sliced Bacon, uncooked
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients, except bacon and reserve 1/2 can of the tomato sauce. Form into thick patties and place on broiler pan. Spread tomato sauce on top of each patty and top with a slice of bacon, halfed. Bake at 300º for 1 hour.
