1 lb. hot sausage
2 lbs. peeled shrimp
1 can beef bouillon soup
1 can French onion soup
1 8 oz. can tomato sauce
1 stick butter
1 1/4 c. chopped bell pepper
1/4 c. green onion
1/4 c. parsley
1 lb. Uncle Ben's converted rice
Tony Chachere's Creole seasoning

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all raw ingredients together in baking pan. Cover and bake in oven at 350º for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Stir every 15 minutes.
