1 container Sour Cream (16 oz)
1 lb. Velveeta Cheese
2 tbsp. Chipotle Pepper in Adobo Sauce - chopped
Directions:
Directions:
Mix peppers and cheese in microwavable bowl. Microwave on high until cheese is melted (5 - 6 minutes), stirring after 3 minutes. Stir in sour cream. Serve with chips or assorted vegetables.
