1# ground beef
2 tbl mustard
1 egg
1 1/2 cups rye bread crumbs
1/2 cup onion
8 oz can sauerkraut
3/4 cup shredded swiss
1 tsp caraway seed
Directions:
Directions:
Mix beef, mustard, eggs, crumbs and onion. spread 1/2 of beef mixture in pan. Top with sauerkraut and cheese. Place other 1/2 of beef mixture on top of cheese and seal sides. Bake at 350º for 1 hour.
