1 sheet of Puff Pastry thawed
1 wheel of Brie or Gouda
1/4 cup marmalade or preserves of your choice
1/4 cup pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Place wheel of Brie or Gouda in center of Puff paste sheet, top with marmalade and pecans. Bring corners of Puff paste to center and squeeze to close. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes till puff pastry is puffed and browned.

Serve with crackers. Puff paste can be brushed with egg white before baking to make the pastry shiny.
