1 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup water
1 tbsp. lemon juice
6 apples
4 cups flour
2 tbsp white sugar
1 tbsp butter
vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
In sauce pan, melt sugar into water and lemon juice. Slice apples into the melted sugar. Cook until tender, about 7-9 mins. Stir in flour and white sugar. Cook until thickened. Add butter and a touch of vanilla. Bake at 350 F for 1/2 hour.
