2 lg eggs
1/2 c finely chopped onion
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 c crushed chow mein noodles
1 lbs ground beef

Sweet and Savory Sauce:
1/2 c pineapple juice
1/3 c brown sugar, packed
1/4 c soy sauce
1/3 c ketchup
1/4 tsp ground ginger

Meatballs: Beat eggs in large bowl. Add onions, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Stir. Add noodles and ground beef. Mix well. Shape into 1 inch balls. Cook in large non stick fry pan until browned. Drain.

Sweet and savory sauce: Combine all 5 ingredients in small bowl. Makes about 1 cup sauce. Add to meatballs. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
