1/2 c. Pineapple Chunks
1/2 c. Pineapple Juice
4 tbsp. Lite Soy Sauce
11/4 tsp. ground ginger
1 clove Garlic, minced
6 chicken breasts, skinned

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients, except chicken breasts. Place chicken in shallow baking dish and pour mixture over chicken. Cover and refrigerate for 4 hours, turning every hour. Remove chicken and place on broiler pan. Brown on both sides. Return to baking dish and bake uncovered at 350 for 30 minutes or until tender.
