1/2 c. Teriyake Sauce
4 Tuna Steaks
2 tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 Lemon
2 tbsp. Sea Salt
1 tsp. black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
In shallow dish, place tuna steak and teriyaki sauce. Cover and let marinate for 45 minutes at room termperature. Heat olive oil in a large skillet (medium heat). Place tuna steaks in hot oil and pour in the teriyake sauce. Squeeze juice from the lemon over the steaks. When the bottom is light brown, turn and cook the other side until light brown. The center will still be slightly red. Season with salt and pepper and serve. Serve the pan drippings as a dipping sauce.
