1 Onion - chopped
2 lbs. Hamburger Meat
1 - 6 oz. can Tomato Sauce
1 tbsp. Cumin
3/4 tsp. Garlic Powder
1 large Potato - diced and boiled until tender
1/2 cup water
1/2 tsp. Pepper
1 tsp. Oregano
1 tbsp. oil

Directions:
Saute onion in oil until slighly brown. Add hamburger meat, pepper, garlic powder, and cumin. Add cooked potatoes and mash in meat. Add tomato sauce and oregano. Let simmer. Serve on tortilla, taco shells, or tostadas with all your favorite toppings (sour cream, cheese, diced tomatoes, lettuce, guacomole, hot sauce)
