1 tsp Sugar
2 c. Sour Cream
3 tbsp. Green Onion - Chopped
1 small c. Chopped Green Chiles
3 c. cooked White Rice
2 c. Chedder Cheese, grated

Directions:
Directions:
Combine salt, pepper, sugar, onion, and green chiles. In a buttered 2 qt. casserole dish, layer rice, sour cream mexture and cheese. Repeat layers, ending with the cheese. Bake at 425 for 30 minutes.
