2 T. sugar
1 c. butter (cube)
1 c. flour
1/2 c. chopped nuts

8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. Cool Whip

2 sm. pkgs. chocolate instant pudding mix
3 c. milk

Mix first four ingredients and press into 9"x13" pan. Bake at 350 for 10 mins. and cool.

Cream together cream cheese and powderd sugar. Add 1 c. cool whip and spread on crust.

Mix pudding and milk - beat - and spread over cream cheese layer. Top with Cool Whip and sprinkle with chopped nuts. Enjoy!
