1/3 c sugar
3 T tapioca
1 3/4 c milk
1 egg- well beaten
1 t vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all except vanilla in a pan and let sit for 5 minutes.
Cook on medium heat, stirring constantly until mixture comes to a full boil. (Pudding will thicken as it cools) Remove from heat and stir in vanilla.
Cool 20 min. Serve warm or chilled.
