3 pkgs. Good Seasons Salad Dressing:
1 Garlic and Herb
1 Gourmet Caesar
1 Parmesan Italian
3/4 c. vinegar
1 1/3 c. oil
2 to 3 white onions sliced thin into rings.
1 small bottle capers.
2 4oz. cans whole mushrooms, drained.
2 14oz. cans tiny artichokes hearts
(or cut large ones into fourths).
3 to 4 lbs fresh shrimp - cooked and drained.
I get lazy and buy frozen and cooked.Works

Add a little blue cheese crumbles if you like

Pour dressing over ingredients and marinate overnight in a glass or stainless bowl. Stir occasionally. Drain and place over a lettuce lined plate. Surround with crackers or just pick with toothpicks.
