1 lb. carrots
¾ c. egg substitute
4 T. butter
1 c. Splenda
3 T. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 T. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Cook carrots until tender. Drain well. Process carrots and remaining ingredients until smooth, stopping once to scrape down sides. Spoon into lightly greased 2 qt. baking dish. Bake @ 350ºF for 40-45 minutes or until brown.
