1 lb. ground beef
2 cans stewed tomatoes
2 small cans tomato sauce
2 small cans tomato paste
Small can green chilies
1 small can jalapenos
2 small cans chopped mushrooms
2 T. chili powder

2 cans red kidney beans
1 bottle dark beer

Directions:
Directions:
Season, cook, and brown ground beef and drain. Add 2 cans stewed tomatoes, 2 small cans tomato sauce, 2 small cans tomato paste and 2 small cans chopped mushrooms. Mix well. Mix in small can of chopped green chilies, small can of jalapenos, and chili powder.

Drain 2 cans kidney beans and replace water with 1 bottle of beer (1 for both cans). Add beans and beer to pot. Stir thoroughly, bringing mixture to a simmer in crock pot for 8 hours or low simmer on stove for 2 hours. Stir occasionally. Serve with tortillas or over rice, or both.

Cut the heat by adding ½ can jalapenos instead of whole can.
