1 c. white wine or White Zinfandel
1 pkg. Hidden Valley Ranch dressing mix or 1 oz. Tone’s Ranch Dressing Mix
1 T. garlic flavored oil
2 Skinless boneless chicken breast
1 pkg. Uncle Ben’s Brown instant rice or Basmati rice

Prepare Rice according to package directions. Cook chicken in pan with garlic oil for 10 minutes per side. Remove from heat and cut chicken into cubes. Heat wine slowly until hot. Slowly add dressing mix and bouillon Cube. Sauce will thicken.

Pour thickened sauce over chicken and simmer until sauce turns slight brown and chicken finishes cooking (about 10 more minutes). Mix chicken with sauce and rice in a bowl and enjoy. (Sauce is also good over mashed potatoes.)
