Self rising flour
Shortening
Buttermilk

Directions:
Directions:
Sift approximately 3 cups of flour. Mix approximately 3/4 cup shortening by hand until mixture is marble like texture. Stir in buttermilk until mixture is very sticky. Gradually work in flour and knead by hand. Pull off biscuit size dough. Roll in hand, shape biscuit and place on greased and floured pan. Bake at 425 degrees until brown. (approximately 20-25 minutes)
