Baked Sweet Potato Recipe

One potato per person.
Directions:
Directions:
Wash and scrub sweet potatoes.

Place in microwave on high for approx 5 min per potato. Stop cooking at 5 min and pierce each potato with a knife to allow steam to escape.
Continue cooking until tender.

Test with a knife by piercing the center of the potato every 5 min. Rotate potatoes center to outside as needed.

When done, wrap potatoes in a terry towel and set for 5 min.

Serve with butter, cinnamon, sugar or just all by itself.
