1 c. butter, 2 c. sugar, 2 tsp. vanilla, 2 tsp. lemon juice, 4 eggs, 2 c. bananas, 3 l/2 c. all purpose flour, 1 tsp. salt, 2 tsp. baking soda, 2 tsp. baking powder, 1 c. sour cream, 1 c. nuts, 1 c. chocolate chips (optional)

Directions:
Creme together butter and sugar. Add eggs one at a time. Add banana's and sour cream. In another bowl sift together flour, salt, baking soda, and baking powder. Add to banana mixture. Fold in nuts and chocolate chips. Pour into 2 loaf pans. Bake at 350 for 55 to 60 min.
