8 oz. Velveeta cheese
4 oz. jalapeno Cheese
1 lb. crabmeat
1 lb. shrimp (boiled with 1 T. Liquid Crab Boil )
1 can mushroom soup
1 can chopped mushrooms
1 c. chopped onions
1 c. green onions, chopped fine
1 1/2 sticks of butter
1 can of Pet Milk (Large)
1 pkg. cooked vermicelli
4-5 T. seasoned bread crumbs (Use as Topping)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350F. Melt butter, cheese and milk in medium pot. on medium heat. (Note: After Shrimp have boiled for just a couple of minutes, chop finely and add to pot). Add all other ingredients to pot and mix. Then pour all in a large casserole dish and top with seasoned bread crumbs. Bake until crumbs are brown (Approx. 30-45 mins.)
