1 cup Emeraldİ Original Glazed Walnuts
6 cups baby salad greens, washed and dried
2 ripe Comice or Anjou pears, quartered, cored, and thinly sliced
1/2 cup (4ozs.) crumbled Gorgonzola cheese
Freshly ground black pepper

Dressing:
1 T. balsamic vinegar
1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. freshly ground pepper
3 to 4 T. olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
In a large salad bowl, whisk together the vinegar, mustard, salt, and pepper. Drizzle in oil, whisking until combined. Add the greens and pears and gently toss until lightly coated with dressing. Sprinkle cheese, glazed walnuts, and pepper over salad., and serve immediately.
