1 cup evaporated milk
1 can condensed milk
1 cup coconut milk
4 egg yolks
1 1/2 tablespoon sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup of white rum (Bacardi)
ground cinammon to garnish

1 taza de leche evaporada

1 taza de leche de coco
4 yemas de huevo
1 1/2 cucharada de azucar
1 cucharadita de vainilla
1 taza de ron blanco (Bacardi)
canela en polvo para servir

Mix the egg yolks with the sugar and vanilla, add the evaporated, condensed and coconut milk. Strain. Mix in the rum. Serve cold and sprinkle with cinnamon.

Mezcle las yemas de huevo con el azucar y la vainilla,aņada la leche evaporada, leche condensada y la leche de coco. Cuele. Mezcle el ron. Sirva bien frio con canela por encima.
