2 packages frozen chopped broccoli
1 cup Bisquick baking mix
1 cup of milk
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
8 oz. shredded cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 325 degrees. Butter a 5 1/2 souffle dish or
a 1-1/2 quart casserole. Cook broccoli and drain. Beat baking mix, milk, eggs and salt with beater until smooth. Stir in broccoli and cheese. Pour in a dish. Bake 1hour. Serves 6
