1 cup of walnuts
1 cup of dried cranberries
1 4 oz. package of feta cheese
1 can of garbanzo beans
Caesar salad croutons

Optional Ingredients: (use any or all)
1 can artichoke hearts
1 can of hearts of palm sliced
sliced mushrooms
baby tomatoes
sliced carrots

Dressing:
Mighty Caesar (Private Selection at Ralph's) add extra balsamic vinegar
or Paul Newman's balsamic vinaigrette
