2 pkgs French style beans
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 T. butter
1/2 tsp. grated onion
2 T. flour
1 cup sour cream
1 tsp sugar
1/4 lb. swiss cheese - grated
1/2 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cook beans.
Melt butter in a small casserole for 30 seconds.
Add flour, sugar, salt, pepper, & onion. Cook 1 minute.
add sour cream, cook 1 minute then stir.
cook 30 seconds. stir 30 sec. & add drained beans & grated cheese. stir.
Bake 2 1/2 - 3 minutes until cheese melts.
