3 pkgs chocolate graham crackers
1 stick melted butter

FILLING
12 oz chocolate chips
2 (8 oz) cream cheese
1 c sugar
1 T brandy(optional) Also try Bayles Cream or Irish Cream.
3 eggs
8 oz sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
CRUST: In a blender, crush wafers and mix with melted butter; pat into a 9 x 13 spring form pan, leaving 1 inch space at the top.

FILLING: Have all ingredients at room temperature.
Melt chocolate chips in the microwave to 30 sec, stir and repeat until melted. Do not overcook.
Beat cream cheese, sugar, and brandy until smooth. Add melted chocolate, eggs one at a time.
Add sour cream; mix until smooth.
Pour into pan.
Bake 375º for 1 hour. Cool on rack.
