1 c. butter, softened
1 c. brown sugar
1 egg
1-1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1-1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. oatmeal, quick cooking
1 c. salted peanuts
1 c. coconut
1/2 c. crushed corn flakes
Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar. Add egg. Add remaining ingredients reserving the corn flakes. Once cookie dough is well mixed roll into balls. Dip cookie balls into crushed cornflakes. Flatten with a fork on the cookie sheet. Bake at 350º for 10 - 12 minutes.
