60 Ritz crackers, crushed
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 stick melted butter

Mix together and pat into 9x13 pan. Save some crumbs for topping.

Filling: 6 ounce pink lemonade (concentrate)
1 large carton cool whip
1 can Eagle Brand milk
