1lb of chicken cooked and cubed
4-6 cloves of minced garlic in olive oil
1/2 lb of diced proscuitto or pancetta
4 Roma tomatoes diced
1/4 cup of fresh chopped basil
1 stick of butter
1/2 cup of parm or peccorino romano cheese
1lb of pasta of your choice

Directions:
Cook pasta in boiling water.
While pasta is cooking:

In another shallow pan cook first 5 ingrediants until warm. Add stick of butter and melt and then put in the cheese. Once that is complete.. toss with hot pasta and serve.
