1 1/2 tsp of Blackened Seasoning
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 tsp of olive oil
1 peeled & diced avocado
1 jalapeno pepper seeded and finely chopped
2 tbsp of freshly squeezed lime juice
1/4 tsp of kosher salt
2 tbsp of chopped fresh cilantro
1 lime cut into fourths

Sprinkle seasoning on both sides of chicken
Heat oil in large skillet over high heat
Add chicken smooth side down for 1 minute when oil is hot to sear. Reduce heat to medium and cook 3-4 minutes on either side until chicken is cooked.

While chicken is cooking combine the following:
avocado, lime juice, cilantro, pepper, and salt in a small bowl and toss.

Once chicken is done transfer to plate and spoon avocado mix over the top to garnish. Then serve a wedge of lime on the side for guest to season the chicken further if desired.
