2 lb ground chicken or turkey breast
½ cup chopped fresh cilantro
4 cloves garlic (minced)
2 tsp reduced-sodium soy sauce
2 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
Cooking spray
8 tbsp ketchup
2 tsp wasabi paste
8 whole-wheat rolls

1.In large bowl, combine first 7 ingredients well. Shape mixture into 8 patties, each about 1 inch thick
2.Coat a large grill pan or griddle with cooking spray and set pan over medium heat. When hot, add burgers and cook 5 minutes per side, until cooked through
3.Mix ketchup and wasabi paste well in a small bowl
4.Place burgers on whole-wheat rolls with ketchup mixture
