1 chicken
1 c. onion, chopped
¼ c. bell pepper, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 stalk celery, chopped
2-4 T. butter
Garlic powder, salt and pepper to season
1-2 cans Campbell’s Cream of Mushroom soup
Angel hair spaghetti

Wash chicken and remove giblets. Place chicken in water almost to cover. Boil for approximately 45 minutes or until cooked. Remove chicken and save water. De-bone all chicken and cut into bite size pieces.

In skillet, sauté vegetables in 2-4 tbsp. butter until tender but not browned. Add garlic powder, salt and pepper to taste. Add soup and one can of broth per soup. Stir until smooth, cook on low about 15 minutes and add chicken.

Boil spaghetti in chicken broth until tender.

Diced, fresh mushrooms are also a nice addition to consider when sautéing the vegetables.

**Time saver: Pick up a rotisserie chicken from your grocer and use in place of the whole boiled chicken.
