1/2 c. sugar
3 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix cookies together. Place in a cookie press and squeeze each cookie out. Decorate with colored sugar. Bake at 400º for 7 - 8 minutes.

These are moister than the traditional Spritz. I sometimes substitute almond extract for the vanilla... Tastes more like cheesecake.
