Christmas Cranberry Salad Recipe

1 pkg cherry or raspberry jello
1 c hot water
3/4 c sugar
1T lemon juice
1 T plain gelatin
1 c pineapple juice (use juice from 20 oz can of crushed pineapple.)

Chill in refrigerator while preparing the following.

1 c chopped raw cranberries
1 orange rind and fruit (chopped not pulp)
1 c crushed pineapple (drained)
1 c chopped celery
1 c chopped pecans

Add to cooled jello and refrigerate until set.
